Services
Four things, done properly.
We keep the offer narrow so each piece of work gets real attention. If what you need sits outside this list, ask anyway and we will tell you whether we can help or point you somewhere better.

Websites
A site that loads fast, reads clearly on a phone, and says what your business actually does. We handle the design, the build, the copy structure, and the launch. We also take on sites that already exist: a rebuild, a WordPress site that needs somebody looking after it, a cleanup after a compromise, or a move to hosting that suits you better.
- Design and build from a blank page or a rebuild of what you have
- Responsive layouts tested on real phone sizes
- Search engine basics done properly at build time
- Ongoing maintenance for WordPress sites, including cleanup after a compromise
- Hosting and domain moves, then handover notes you can follow
-
Small apps
One tool that does one job well. A booking sheet, an internal dashboard, a calculator your customers use, a script that removes a weekly chore.
- A short scoping conversation before any code
- One clear job, finished, rather than a platform left half built
- Runs on your own hosting or ours
- Written so another developer can pick it up later
-
AI agents and chatbots
We configure assistants that know your business: a chatbot on your site, an agent that files and answers, or an internal helper connected to the tools your team already uses.
- Setup on your own infrastructure where you want to keep control
- Instructions and knowledge written from your real material
- Guardrails so the assistant says what you would say
- A written record of how it is configured and how to change it
-
Web apps and SaaS
A product with accounts, payments, and a real database, kept deliberately small so it can ship, earn, and then grow on evidence.
- Accounts, billing, and a database you own
- A first release sized to reach real users quickly
- Analytics and error reporting from day one
- A roadmap based on what users do, not what we assume
-
How a project runs
- You write to us with what you need and roughly when.
- We reply with questions, the scope we think is right, and a price. If we are not the right fit we say so.
- Work starts once the scope is agreed in writing. You see progress as it happens rather than only at the end.
- At handover you get the running thing, the source, the accounts in your name, and notes on how to keep it going.
Have something you want built?
Write a few lines about what you need and roughly when. You get a straight answer about whether we are the right fit, and what it would take.
