Argyro Labs is a trading name of Cristo Cola Digital, operated by Kristaq Kola in Albania. Throughout this page, we and us mean that business. You means whoever is reading the site.

Contact is by email at [email protected]. That is the only channel, and it is the address to use for anything on this page.

This site describes what the studio does, shows work it has done, and publishes notes on how things are built. It is information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a promise of availability, and reading it does not put us under contract with you.

We try to keep every page accurate and we correct things when we find them wrong. We do not promise that a page is complete, current, or fit for a decision you are about to make.

Work begins after a written agreement that states the scope, the price, and what happens if either changes. That agreement, not this page, governs the work. Where the two disagree, the agreement is the one that counts.

Two things we say publicly and mean, and which the agreement repeats: accounts and domains are created in your name, and you own what you paid for. Source code, content, and credentials produced for a project are handed over at the end of it.

The design, text, artwork, photographs, code, and identity on this site belong to us or to the people we made them with, and are not licensed for reuse by publishing them here. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and use the ideas in the articles in your own work. Republishing a page as your own is a different thing and is not permitted.

Client names and project pages appear with the client's agreement. Their trade marks are theirs.

Some pages link to work we have done, to tools we run, or to a repository. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site under somebody else's terms, and we are not responsible for what is there.

This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be reachable, uninterrupted, or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost data, or loss caused by acting on something you read here rather than on advice written for your situation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability arising from a project is dealt with in the project agreement.

The site counts page views and sets no cookies. The detail, including what the host and the email address see, is on the privacy page.

We may revise this page. The version that applies to you is the one published when you use the site, and the date below is when the wording last changed.

These terms are governed by the law of Albania, and the courts of Albania have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not take away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
